Proposal Guidelines
Please include the following in your submission:
- Indicate Session type:
- General Session
- Workshop / Hands-on Tutorial (PMCs only)
- Executive AI Session (Directors and above, PMCs only)
- Talk title and brief description (no more than 200 words if possible)
- 3 bulleted key takeaways attendees can implement immediately
- Speaker bio (150 words max)
- High-resolution photo
- Speaker location
- Confirmation that the talk is original and has not been presented at other multifamily conferences
- Links to videos of you presenting (if available)
- Note: We prefer individual speakers over panels unless otherwise requested by the Event Director
All proposals will be reviewed by our Event Team and Advisory Board. We will notify selected speakers by sometime in October 2025. Speaking slots are limited-we strive to feature a balance of inside and outside industry experts.
