CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your conference reservation, your fee is 50% refundable through February 4, 2026. After that your fee is non-refundable. Please note we have no partial-conference prices and it is not possible to share a conference registration spot.
If you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague with your company or a similar company, please send an email no later than March 1, 2026 to:  luba@esteemmedia.com.

Esteem Media, the parent company of the Multifamily Social Media Summit, and the Meritage Resort & Spa will be doing everything that is recommended by health professionals to make the experience safe and all participants attending the conference will agree to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Esteem Media or the Meritage Resort & Spa for any matter arising either directly or indirectly from, or related to claims for, bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to exposure to contracting or spreading COVID 19
at the Event.
